
Q. How long does it take to set-up my cards?
A. We approve the vast majority of submitted applications in under 4-7 Business Days. Gift Card Packages are printed and ready to be shipped in 5-7 business days.
A. If you have a piece of equipment, find the model name and model number located on the back of your card machine. Some equipment can hold only 1 application, while others can hold multiple applications. Call one of our agents toll free at the number above and they will be able to tell you if your piece of equipment can be used for your selected service.
Q. Do I need a business checking account to setup or can I use my personal checking account?
A. If your business operates as a corporation, yes, a business account is required. If you own your business completely, and do not have a business account setup, you may use your personal check granted that your name is on the checking account you would like your money deposited into.
Q. What will I receive in my initial order?
A. You will receive you 250 or 500 card order that includes: hangers or holders, acrylic countertop display, table tent, window and cash register decals, machine instructions and training phone numbers.
Q. Can I split my 250 card order into two different card styles?
A. Yes, you may split your order into 2 different card styles, however a $50.00 setup fee is charged.
Q. Do I need a dedicated phone line?
A. No. The terminal only dials out during an authorization and settlement. You have the ability to connect the terminal and other peripheral equipment (modem, phone, fax) to one line. You cannot use peripherals simultaneously (ex. take a credit card while a fax is sending or receiving.)
Q. When the terminal/software dials out for approval, am I charged any long distance or communication fees?
A. No, communication is all done on a toll free line.
Q. What types of businesses do you not accept and why?
A. Illegal activities of any kind.
Q. Am I required to have a physical storefront to process credit cards?
A. This is not a requirement. We deal with many business that process cards over the internet, phone, catalogs, and through mobile networks.
Q. Is my application information secure?
A. Yes, your application information is encrypted and secured.
